The concept was early-stage, with no existing 3D CAD files, meaning we were responsible for translating the client’s idea into a functional, presentation-ready prototype. Using precise measurements and the client’s specifications, we developed a custom 3D model optimised for both presentation and print.
Once the design was finalised, we moved straight into 3D prototyping using one of our in-house machines, producing a highly detailed model that demonstrated the product’s functionality and fit. Our rapid turnaround meant the prototype was completed and ready for handoff well ahead of the client’s important meeting.
